Villa Lara is beautifully situated over Rovinj, the pearl of the Adriatic Sea. It is located in Rovinjsko selo, the posh suburb of Rovinj, on Quiet 1600 m2 of land adjacent to a pinewood. It was Stylishly furnished with love, with a combination of modern and rustic style. It has 300 m2 living space, 6 bedrooms (2 BR with 2 Single beds each, 3 BR with Kingsize Beds, 1 BR with 1 Bunkbed), 4 luxury bathrooms (o/w 1 with Ensuite), 32 m2 heated swimming pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful Mediterranean Kitchen is generously equipped and has plenty of room for cooking and tasting local delicacies, Nespresso machine, toaster, coffee machine are included. Pool heating is available until 30.5. and after 15.9. , cost 30 EUR per day. Over 10 Guests 25 EUR per Guest per day.

Die Villa Lara liegt in einer ruhigen und sympathischen Nachbarschaft. Der Garten ist sehr natürlich, weitläufig und bietet sogar Meeresblick. Für Sportler kann ich die Rad- und Spazierwege runderhum sehr empfehlen! Die Einrichtung der Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll, stylish und mit liebevollen Details geplant. In der Villa und im Ort ist alles da was man braucht, selbst einen Lieferservice gibts in Rovinjsko Selo (Restaurant Midea). Rovinj erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Min. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Er hatte auch sehr gute Tipps für uns.
A lovely home with a great pool and easy access to Rovinj. We enjoyed perfect weather, dinners outside on the patio, plenty of pool time and lots of space for everyone.
Wir haben tolle Tage in der Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung war toll. Sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und sogar noch zusätzliches wie z. B. Spiele, Zeitschrifen, Bücher, etc. Genug Platz in Haus und Garten. Besonders die ruhige Lage in Waldnähe ist schön und doch sehr nahe bei Rovinj. Sehr gut für Tagesausflüge und auch Strandbesuche. Die Kommunikation mit Danilo war rasch und unkompliziert.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gross, ruhig und vor allem sauber. Wir kommen wieder.
Very friendly and helpful contact with Danilo. We were three families with 6 adults and 6 kids and enjoyed the comfortable stay very much. House, garden and pool were very nice. More than enough rooms, bath rooms and living area. Kids enjoyed garden and pool. Rovinj in 10 min distance. We would like to come back some time!
Schöne und vor allem saubere Villa in ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem zentral gelegen, sodass viele verschiedene Urlaubsorte Istriens schnell erreichbar sind. Würden erneut dort Urlaub machen.
Villa Lara is beautiful, modern and light with so much space. The outside area and pool are perfect for relaxing. It is easy to get into town, just a short car journey. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa. Danny, the owner was great to deal with and very helpful! A great host.
