Villa Simone Poreč

Die Villa Simone ist ein wahres Juwel. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Poolbereich lädt zu einer Auszeit ein und ist wunderbar gepflegt. Wir haben mit unseren 2 Mini-Aussies eine wunderschöne Urkaubswoche hier verbringen dürfen. Poreč ist nur ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt und ein wunderschöner Ort am Meer. Dort gibt es tolle Läden und urige Lokale, wo man sehr gut Essen kann. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Villa Simone was perfect for our family reunion. The house is charming, the property is lovely with so many nice plantings. Love the scent of rosemary from the bushes that line the path. We stayed during the heat of August but only ran the a/c occasionally. The house stays cool! We were pleased to see the former sleeping “area” on the middle floor has been enclosed so it is now a proper bedroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We cooked a mixed grill feast in the outdoor BBQ and enjoyed it poolside. The pool was fantastic – a uniform 4 feet deep. How nice to start the day with a quick dip or refresh in the pool after a day out touring. Everything was in perfect working order and the bathrooms are fitted with nice fixtures. Location is fantastic with just a short drive to Poreč. The market in Zbandaj is a few minutes drive – it stocks all the basics at reasonable prices. Konoba Kastel in Zbandaj is excellent. Our high expectations for this property were fulfilled on every level.

Die Villa Simone ist ein Traumferienhaus, das alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen hat. Sowohl das Haus, die Zimmer, Terrassen, Garten und Pool waren perfekt gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Die Übergabe des Hauses lief problemlos ab und wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen. Wir haben hier mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern eine wunderbare, entspannte und lustige Ferienwoche erlebt. Wir können die Villa Simone jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Overall we had a wonderful time at Villa Simone. We were greeted with fresh pears, peaches and eggs from the agent’s farm, and quickly settled into the house. We were grateful for the completely enclosed nature of the property because of our young son and our dog, who were free to roam relatively freely. We also loved the pool, which though small, was adequate to cool off and play in. We cooked several meals on the outdoor grill and enjoyed eating outside under the stars. The kitchen is small, but well-stocked and adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house tastefully decorated. We appreciated the multiplicity of visiting spaces: living room, upstairs patio, front patio, pool-side, etc. We also loved the secluded nature of it: only 10 minutes from Porec, but completely quiet and as if we had the whole village to ourselves. And lastly, we loved the bread truck that came by each day to sell fresh bread! That was definitely an unexpected plus.
The gardens were gorgeous, with fragrant, blossoming lavender humming with bees and butterflies, olive trees, a fig tree with ripe figs, and other herbs for use in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend it to others.
